How do I search for a business?
Tap on the Home button on the bottom left corner of your app. Under the “All” tab, you may browse through the list of existing 365DAY Merchants, or enter the business name or keywords into the search bar. If there is a specific subcategory that you’d like to browse in, you may select that on the drop down menu. You can also sort your search results according to location, popularity, and more.
Can I use the app if I have not registered?
Yes, non-registered users can use the app to search for businesses. However non-registered users will miss out on Privilege Point (PP) rebates, and will not be able to shop at the exclusive PP Mall.
How do I register as a user?
Tap on the “Me” button on the bottom bar, and tap on “Login or register now”. On the next screen, tap on Register, and enter your particulars. If you were introduced to 365DAY by a friend, make sure you enter your friend’s email address under “Introducer”, or scan the QR code on your friend’s mobile app. Tap on “Submit” to complete your registration, and you’re all set!
Can I have more than one account?

No, each email address can only be registered to one account. If you would like to log into 365DAY on your phone with a different account, you will have to log out of the app before logging in with the other account.

How do I set my GPS location?
To set your GPS location, go to Home and tap on the Location icon on the top left corner of your screen. On the GPS relocation screen, tap on the location icon; when it turns green, that means that the GPS location of the app has been activated.
How do I find and redeem my coupons?

At home, select the “Offers” tab, and browse through the currently available coupons and offers. Tap on the coupon that you are interested to redeem, and it will be saved into your account. To redeem these coupons, go to your account by tapping on the “Me” button, and tapping on the “Coupons” button.  Your coupon is now redeemed!

How do I refer friends to 365DAY?

All you have to do is share your personal referral code with friends and get rewarded whenever a friend uses your code on their first register. You will only receive the PP once your friend spending and get PP!

Where can I find my referral QR code?

Click on the ME tab, tap on QR code icon on top right corner of your screen. You should see your unique referral code. You can even share that referral code directly from the app and let your friends scan it to register them into 365DAY as your buddy!

How do I change my personal details?

You can edit your name, location, birthday, and other personal details on the app. To edit your profile settings, sign in to your account and click on the “Me” tab and look for the gear icon.

 
How do I check my PP balance?

On the “Me” tab, the number indicates the cumulative PP that you have collected. You can also tap on Privilege Point to see your transaction history.

Can I transfer my PP?

All of the PPs are currently non-transferrable, but you can accumulate your PP as rebates when you spend at the businesses of our listed Merchants! 

Can I buy PP Mall items for my friends? 

Of course you can! After you click Redeem, just fill in your friend’s name, contact number and delivery address. Don’t forget their postcode! 

Will the 365DAY app always be FREE?
Yes, you don’t have to pay to download the 365DAY app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. There are no hidden fees or charges in 365DAY.
I can’t seem to find or download 365DAY…

The 365DAY app is currently available on Malaysia’s Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please verify that your account location setting is set to a location in Malaysia and ensure that your phone’s operating system is up-to-date. If you are still unable to find or download 365DAY, please contact us on info@365day.co or message us on our Facebook page @365DAYAPP. 

How do I contact 365DAY for help?

Help can be found in the articles in this “FAQ” section. If you cannot find a topic relevant to the issue you are facing, feel free to contact us by:

Why can’t I sign in to my 365DAY account? 

You might not be able to log into your account for the following reasons: 

  • You might have entered your email address or your password incorrectly. 
  • Your account might have been suspended if our servers detect suspicious activities on your account.
  • You may have previously requested for your 365DAY account to be suspended. 

If any of the above happens, do contact a member of our team by one of the methods listed in (11), and we will be happy to help!

 
What do I do when I experience technical difficulties with 365DAY?

 If you are experiencing technical difficulties while using 365DAY, do ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of 365DAY from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store as we continuously update the app with new, snazzy features. If you are already running the most updated version of 365DAY and are still experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us!
